Center for Behavioral Sciences, Inc. is a nonpublic agency providing treatment to children with developmental disabilities. CBS is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and offers a variety of treatment formats that includes one to one direct instruction, consultation to parents and school staff, as well as individual and group workshop trainings. CBS focuses on positive programming and teaching functional skills across life areas. Each of the programs designed are individualized to the need of the child and the family.

CBS is currently hiring bachelor level Behavior Technicians for part and full-time work.

 

Position Responsibilities

Attend introductory and on-going training, conduct daily one to one direct instruction, collect, maintain, and evaluate data on each client’s progress on a daily basis, attend weekly supervision meetings, and report progress to supervisor.

 

Requirements

Interest and/or experience working with children, high school diploma and pursuing or have graduated with advanced degree in related field, availability of 10-20 hours per week, reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance, and no past criminal history.

 

Compensations & Benefits

Initial hourly pay based on education & previous experience.
